1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the accommodation of guests at ROOMS 47, regardless of whether the booking is made via our website, by telephone, by email, or via third-party providers. Any deviating terms and conditions of the guest shall not apply unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the booking is confirmed by usl in writing or electronically. Bookings made via our website are considered binding as soon as you receive a confirmation email.
3. Services, prices, payment
ROOMS 47 is obliged to keep the booked rooms available and to provide the agreed services.
The guest is obliged to pay the agreed prices for the provision of the room and the services used.
The prices quoted include statutory value added tax.
Payments can be made via our website (Wix Payments) or via third-party providers (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.).
ROOMS 47 is entitled to request an advance payment or credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and no-show
Cancellations must be made in writing or electronically.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
In the event of later cancellation or no-show, we charge 100% of the total amount of the booked services.
Different cancellation conditions may apply to special rates or third-party providers.
5. Arrival and departure
Reserved rooms are available to guests from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late departures require prior agreement and may be charged separately.
6. Liability
Guests are liable for any damage they cause to inventory, rooms, or common areas.
ROOMS 47 is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for valuables brought into ROOMS 47 is limited to the scope of the statutory provisions.
7. Use of the facilities
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and all indoor areas of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The house rules must be observed.
8. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on our website.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Spanish law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Palma de Mallorca, provided that the guest is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
