Our website is operated on the servers of Wix.com Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix provides the technical infrastructure and website building tools. Wix stores data on secure servers in the EU, the US, and Israel. Wix is GDPR certified and ensures an adequate level of data protection.
3. Collection and storage of personal data
We collect and process personal data only to the extent permitted by law or with your consent. This includes:
Data that you submit to us via the contact form (name, email address, message)
Data that is processed in the context of a booking (name, contact details, booking period, payment details)
Payment information for online bookings or payments at the hotel

If you contact us via the contact form on our website, your details from the form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
5. Online booking systems
You can book rooms directly via our website. Bookings are processed using Wix Hotels tools and LittleHotelier as a channel manager. Our rooms can also be booked via third-party providers (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia).
When booking via third-party providers, their privacy policies apply.
6. Payment processing
Payments via our website are processed via Wix Forms & Payments. At the hotel, we use SumUp as our payment service provider. Both providers process payment data independently in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
7. Social media integration
Our website includes an Instagram feed. The operator is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. When accessed, data (e.g., IP address, usage information) may be transmitted to Instagram/Meta.
8. Map integration
We use Google Maps to display map functions. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. By using Google Maps, information (e.g., IP address, location data) may be transmitted to Google.

We do not use cookies or tracking tools for marketing or analysis purposes.
